Baby Skirt – A Gift for Meadow Williams
So I was in the fabric store and saw this cute fabric and thought it would make an adorable adorable summer skirt and matching headband on a little girl. En route to the cashier I saw the lace and thought EUREKA! I used cotton to line it and trimmed it on my serger and voila! An easy skirt made during half time during the Super Bowl 2015
